Our dough is crafted according to the old Neapolitan tradition, using sourdough with over 24 hours of leavening, ensuring a more flavorful and easily digestible texture. In the 500º wood-fired oven, we carefully cook our pizzas to preserve the natural aroma of the ingredients.
